Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the NewSkills platform, published by DreamPro, accessible at newskills.app. By accessing the platform, users unconditionally accept these Terms.

Article 2 — Registration and access

Access to most courses requires creating an account. Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. Any unauthorised use of an account must be reported immediately.

Article 3 — Intellectual property

All content on NewSkills (videos, text, quizzes, exercises, logos) is the exclusive property of DreamPro or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 — User obligations

Users agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, not to share access with third parties, not to extract or reproduce protected content, and to behave respectfully towards other users and instructors.

Article 5 — Pricing and payments

Course prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed via CinetPay (Orange Money, MTN, Wave, Moov) or Stripe (credit card). DreamPro reserves the right to change prices at any time, without retroactive effect on completed purchases.

Article 6 — Course access and certificates

Access to a purchased course is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis. A certificate of completion is automatically issued to learners who reach the required completion threshold. DreamPro reserves the right to suspend access in case of a breach of these Terms.

Article 7 — Liability

DreamPro makes every effort to ensure platform availability and quality, but cannot be held liable for service interruptions, errors, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. The platform is provided "as is".

Article 8 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In accordance with the GDPR and applicable local legislation, users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

Article 9 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of DreamPro's country of establishment. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant country, following an attempt at amicable resolution.

Article 10 — Changes to the Terms

DreamPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
